عقیدۂ طحاویہ سے چند اقتباسات

امام طحاوی نے اس متن کی ابتدا میں تصریح کی ہے کہ جس عقیدے کو وہ یہاں الفاظ کی شکل دے رہے ہیں، یہ اہل سنت کے فقہاے کرام بالخصوص امام ابوحنیفہ اور ان کے صاحبین کا عقیدہ ہے:
هذا ذكر بيان عقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة على مذهب فقهاء الملة أبي حنيفة النعمان بن ثابت الكوفي وأبي يوسف يعقوب بن إبراهيم الأنصاري وأبي عبدالله محمد بن الحسن الشيباني رضوان الله عليهم أجمعين وما يعتقدون من أصول الدين ويدينون به رب العالمين۔

پہلا اقتباس: تمام صحابۂ کرام سے محبت
--------------------------
و نحب اصحاب رسول اللہ ﷺ ، و لا نفرط فی حب احد منھم ، و لا نتبرا من احد منھم ، و نبغض من یبغضھم و بغیر الخیر یذکرھم ، و لا نذکرھم الا بخیر ، و حبھم دین و ایمان و احسان ، و بغضھم کفر و نفاق و طغیان۔
(ہم رسول اللہ ﷺ کے صحابہ سے محبت کرتے ہیں اور ان میں کسی ایک کی محبت میں افراط نہیں کرتے، نہ ہی ان میں کسی سے بیزاری کرتے ہیں۔ ہم ان سے بغض رکھتے ہیں جو ان سے بغض رکھے اور ان کے بارے میں برا ذکر کرے۔ ہم ان کا ذکر صرف خیر کے ساتھ کرتے ہیں۔ ان کی محبت دین ہے، ایمان ہے اور احسان ہے؛ اور ان کے ساتھ بغض کفر ہے، نفاق ہے اور سرکشی ہے۔)

و نثبت الخلافۃ بعد رسول اللہ ﷺ اولاً لابی بکر الصدیق رضی اللہ عنہ ، تفضیلاً لہ و تقدیماً علی جمیع الامۃ ؛ ثم لعمر بن الخطاب رضی اللہ عنہ ؛ ثم لعثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ ؛ ثم لعلی بن ابی طالب رضی اللہ عنہ ۔ و ھم الخلفاء الراشدون و الائمۃ المھدیون۔
(ہم رسول اللہ ﷺ کے بعد خلافت سب سے پہلے ابوبکرصدیق رضی اللہ عنہ کےلیے مانتے ہیں یہ تسلیم کرتے ہوئے کہ انھیں فضیلت اور پوری امت پر تقدیم حاصل ہے؛ پھر عمر بن الخطاب رضی اللہ عنہ کےلیے؛ پھر عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ کےلیے؛ اور پھر علی بن ابی طالب رضی اللہ عنہ کےلیے۔ یہی خلفاے راشدین اور ہدایت یافتہ امام ہیں۔)

و ان العشرۃ التی سماھم رسول اللہ ﷺ و بشرھم بالجنۃ نشھد لھم بالجنۃ علی ما شھد لھم رسول اللہ ﷺ ، و قولہ الحق ۔ و ھم ابوبکر و عمر و عثمان و علی و طلحۃ و الزبیر و سعد و سعید و عبد الرحمان بن عوف و ابوعبیدۃ بن الجراح، وھو امین ھذہ الامۃ، رضی اللہ عنھم اجمعین۔
(اور جن دس صحابہ کا نام لے کر رسول اللہ ﷺ نے انھیں جنت کی بشارت دی ہے، ہم بھی ان کے لیے جنتی ہونے کی گواہی دیتے ہیں کیونکہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان کےلیے یہ گواہی دی ہے اور آپ کا قول سچ ہے۔ وہ دس صحابہ یہ ہیں: ابوبکر، عمر، عثمان، علی، طلحہ، زبیر، سعد، سعید، عبد الرحمان بن عوف اور اس امت کے امین ابوعبیدہ بن الجراح رضی اللہ عنھم اجمعین۔)

و من احسن القول فی اصحاب رسول اللہ ﷺ و ازواجہ الطاھرات من کل دنس و ذریاتہ المقدسین من کل رجس ، فقد برئ من النفاق۔
(اور جس نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کے صحابہ اور آپ کی ازواج اور مقدس اولاد کے متعلق ، جو ہر گندگی سے پاک ہیں، اچھی بات کہی تو وہ نفاق سے بری ہوا۔

وہ اپنی خواہش نفس سے نہیں بولتا
النجم آیت 3

پہلی آیت دوسری کی وضاحت کر ریی ہے۔ اسکو ایسے سمجھنا چاہئے کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بھی قرآن پر ہی ایمان پر لائے ہیں۔ اور وہ جو بھی فرماتے ہیں وہ قرآن کے مطابق ہوتا ہے۔

قرآن بتاتا ہے کہ دین کیا ہے اور سنت یہ ہے کہ آپ نے اس دین پر عمل کس طریقے سے کیا اور حدیث اس کا بیان ہے۔

احادیث بطور ماخذ دین

قرآن محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے لکھوایا اور ایک نہیں کئی کئی کاتبان وحی کا ذکر ہے۔ جب کہ حدیث لکھانا تو ایک طرف لکھنے سے بھی منع کر دیا۔
